This month we are still seeing an increase in footfall – partly due to the increasingly popular Fife Law Centre and Community Job Club Sessions. For our full report, click on the box below:
We are still seeing a lot of people who are needing emergency food, and F3 and the Foodbank have seen increased demand. This is partly due to the holidays – children not getting their free school meals means parents have to meet the increased cost, plus keeping the kids entertained throughout the holidays can be expensive. We were able to support F3 by providing a pick-up point for families to get extra fresh food, which created opportunities for families to access further support, such as getting an extra school uniform from the Fife Children’s Clothing Bank.
We also held two events – Introduction to E-Banking with HBOS, and Signposting – What’s it all about?. We were pleased that both events were well attended and received good feedback.
