We’ve got some really exciting news!
From Tuesday 1st September, the Fife Children’s Clothing Bank will start receiving referrals for children’s clothes here at the Hub, from 10 am to 2pm. If you’re struggling to get clothing for your children, whether its school clothing, casual-wear or something special, you can get a referral from the Scottish Welfare Fund or DAH, or from your social worker or HomeStart worker (please note, to get a referral from Social Work or HomeStart, you must already be known to the service).
We’re also going to be working with the Drugs and Alcohol Project Limited. DAPL will be using the DAH for some of their counselling appointment clinics. If you are affected by addiction, whether is your own or someone else’s. DAPL can help you through. You can speak to them directly, on 01333 422277, or on email@example.com. See their website for further details: www.dapl.net
And finally, we might be opening a bit later, or closing a bit earlier than usual. Our Coordinator, Katie, will be on annual leave for the week, so keep up to date with our times on the Facebook and Twitter accounts.
