Our team is very small! We have one paid Coordinator, who oversees all the activities at the Hub, and helps community members to find support and advice services they need.
We have a small team of excellent volunteers, who help run reception and welcome everyone to the Hub. If you’d like more information on volunteering, click here.
The Hub is managed by a Steering Group, with representatives from Citizens Advice and Rights Fife, Fife Voluntary Action, Conduit Scotland, Fife Council, and NHS Fife. They meet regularly to plan and direct the Hub, and support the staff in their work.
We also work closely with our partners at Conduit Scotland, Fife’s only Community Finance Development Institution. Conduit Scotland’s Customer Service Officers help the community to access affordable credit solutions, as well as identifying other sources of support and help.
